How it works

Ecofont® Professional works this easy:

1. You choose the Eco-variant(s) of the desired font(s) and the number of PCs on which it is to be installed. You can choose a commonly used type face - including Arial, Verdana, Calibri, et cetera - but also use an eco-version of your own corporate font. You are not tied to one font.



2. With a few mouse clicks, Ecofont Professional is installed, making the Ecofont brand icon (the green leaf) appear in the Microsoft Word menu bar.

3. On screen you work in the normal type face. When you click the Ecoprint button, the text is printed in the ink saving – and well readable - Ecofont variant. During printing, the lay out of your text is not altered.

Note: If needed, (larger) companies can get support on the implementation. A test module and example installer scripts for use on a server / network are available. We also gladly support the internal communication on the use of Ecofont Professional by your employees.
